ARC Composites

ARC 10

10_smallARC 10 All purpose, high performance, machinable composite. Easily trowelable, non-slumping consistency makes this ideal for permanent repairs: shaft, bearing housings, and sealing of leaks. This is the most commonly used machinable composite where exact tolerances are desired or required.

ARC SRS Slip Resistant Surface

ARC SRS Slip Resistant Surface. Provides a slip resistant surface to both steel and concrete surfaces. Is easily applied by maintenance personnel to provide long term protection. This system has proven performance exceeding 5 years in aggressive chemical areas subject to fork lift traffic. This engineered system utilizes a ceramic composite binder (ARC SRS) with either Aluminum Oxide or Silicon Carbide grit. ARC SRS is the binder which anchors the slip resistant grit to the surface. It utilizes advanced ceramic technology so that it will bond tenaciously to steel, concrete and the ceramic grits.

ARC 982

982_SmallARC 982 Ultra Chemical Resistant Composite. May be applied by brush, roller or sprayed with plural component, airless spray equipment. Ideal for chemical applications involving immersion, splash, spill and vapor exposure requiring superior chemical resistance.

ARC S2

S2_SmallARC S2 Sprayable resurfacing composite for erosion and corrosion. Sprayable version of ARC 855. Ideal in fluid flow, chemical immersion, tanks and severe atmospheric corrosion applications. Available in both gray and green.

ARC S1

S1_smallARC S1 Sprayable resurfacing composite for protection against corrosion and chemical attack. Ideal in chemical immersion, tanks, and atmospheric corrosion applications. Available in both gray and blue.

ARC 5ES

5ES_smallARC 5ES Rapid setting, emergency repair stick. Stick packaging makes ARC 5ES easy to carry and use, solidifies in 5 to 10 minutes, is easily machined after curing, NSF approved for drinking water contact. Thick, clay-like consistency allows it to be mixed in worker’s hand and can be applied to active leaks. Ideal for leak repair (tanks, pipes, etc.) and other emergency applications (cracked casings, mounting adhesive, etc.). Seals up to 0,28 kg/cm2 (4 psi) of head on active leaks and 7 kg/cm2 (100 psi) after cure.

ARC 858

858_smallARC 858 Ceramic composite for rebuilding damage due to erosion, corrosion and chemical attack. Easily trowelable, non slumping consistency makes this ideal for applications involving fluid flow equipment (pumps, valves, etc.).
Can be machined with a carbide tool prior to final cure or after cure with a diamond tool. Generally used to rebuild damage prior to overcoating with ARC 855.
