The Polar Jet® PJ 303CP is a fully programmable, multiple nozzle Tank Cleaning machine equipped with pitch and speed control. This Model can be supplied with 2, 3, 4 or more nozzles according to the specific cleaning requirements of the tank configuration. Capacity range per nozzle: 4 to 28 m3/h.

Nozzle movement is controlled by the integrated turbine driven control unit, which controls both the vertical pitch and rotation speed. Nozzle movement is a controlled rotation in the horizontal plane, combined with a slow, controlled vertical movement. This means that the nozzle performs helical patterns. 

The PJ 303CP comes with operator-friendly controls for both vertical Pitch and rotation Speed. There are two Speed Settings and three Pitch Settings of approximately 1.5, 3 and 7 degrees providing six basic cleaning programs.

Operator controlled angle adjustment allows pre-setting of the Pitch at the start of either the upward or downward cleaning cycle. This allows for optimal cleaning of specific areas such as bottom only or side only cleaning requirements.

Polarmarine provide in-house Shadow Diagrams using 3-Dimensional CAD for model Selection, Quantity, Positioning and Main Pipe Lengths to optimize cleaning coverage per unit.
